When do we get to watch Jimmy Carter dragged off in handcuffs?

I know, I know. Such a provacative title. I thought of titling this post as "Jimmy Carter is an old fool, and he's the only who doesn't know it". That title didn't seem to get right down to the crux of my disgust with the man I consider the worst president of the 20th century, if not the history, of the United States.

Yes, boys and girls, he's at it again. Going to our sworn enemies -- people who have avowed their eternal desire to wipe us off the face of the earth -- and "talking", "negotiating". This time it's Hamas. He's "talked" to them before. He's "listened". He's "negotiated". And Hamas continues to slaughter the innocent. Yes, Jimmy, Hamas IS vital to a long term peace with Israel; like a wolf who eats my sheep is vital to their long term health. In the second example my reasoned response is to do one of two things: Kill the wolf. Or relocate him to a place where he can't get to my sheep. I certainly would never dream of trying to train (talk to) the wolf not to eat sheep. He's a wolf, it's what he does. Hamas kills Jews, and Christians, and anyone else who loves freedom. It's what they do. Talking to them is not going to change anything. Why is that so hard for Jimmah Cordah to figure out? Answer: It isn't.

"You mean, Mr. Warrior, he KNOWS it won't do any good?"

Yep. That's exactly what I mean. And, I'll go a step further: Not only does this pathetic excuse for an "American" know it won't do any good; he knows it will weaken the United States' foreign policy stance, and weaken us in the eyes of our enemies. Which leads me to the title of this post. If meeting with Hamas, with the purpose of undermining U.S. foreign policy, and our national interests isn't a textbook example of traitorous behavior, I don't know what is. We can also bring him up on charges of sedition as well; many on the far left use Jimmah Cordah as their poster old-man for their own anti-American behavior. Yeah, I said it, anti-American. Prove me wrong.

You do know, of course, that Jimmah just presided over another election which SURPRISE! looks like it will put a communist regime into power. Jimmah, of course, has no problem with the way this election was conducted. He never does -- unless the pro-democracy types win. Jimmah has a long and storied history of supporting communist regimes, socialist land grabbers, and outright totalitarians.

And we continue to suffer this fool in our presence.

You see, we as a nation don't like to see our former presidents, or current ones in some cases, hauled off in handcuffs and leg shackles. It makes us uneasy to relive the terrible mistake we made in 1976, and have rued ever since. We corrected that mistake in 1980 and we thought the mistake would disappear with its tail between its legs. Oh how wrong we were. Who knew Jimmah was such a stubborn old soul? Who knew Jimmah was such a vengeful and bitter spirit? I only wish he had shown some of that spite and vengefulness on about day 10 of the Iranian hostage crisis, instead of cowering in fear for 400+ days until a real man came along to clean up his mess.

Do you blame me if I tell you I would love to see the very Secret Service agents who have the dubious duty to protect this idiot place handcuffs and leg shackles on him and haul him off to Leavenworth Federal Penitentiary? Yes, I know, I'm ranting here. I'm livid though. Livid that this nation has not stood up on its collective hind legs and told a seditious, traitorous, and dangerous fool to sit down and shut up. Oh, and by the way, Jimmah, drive a few more nails but watch your thumbs. On second thought, never mind about the thumbs.

I'm not asking for his first amendment rights to be infringed. He can say whatever he cares to. The first amendment says nothing about anyone having to listen though. Nor does the first amendment say anything about there being no consequences for things you say. The Ditsy Twits found that out. Still are, may my heart stay warm and fuzzy about that.

Sarcasm and dark humor aside... It is time for the people to stand up and tell their government to do its job. We have a rogue ex-president who seems to have as his only goal to weaken, and maybe destroy, the country of his birth and the country in which he had the rare privilege of "leading" for four years. It is time we as a nation set higher standards for those who wish to lead us in the future, and hold those same people to those same standards once they leave office. It is time we stripped Jimmah Cordah of this mythical immunity he gets from being an ex-president and hold him to the letter of the law: He is a private citizen, unauthorized to negotiate with our enemies, and is therefore violating the law. Arrest him. Jail him. And try him. It would be a wonderful first step towards restoring some sanity in this country.
